It doesn't take much to make me happy but this was just next level filthy and concerning. I saw the concerning reviews before booking though thought that maybe people were overexaggerating. No seating or furniture including on the patio outside. There is no elevator, nor are there attendants to take your luggage many floors down to the "garden view" room. The desk agent seemed less than surprised or as if she could really be concerned with my experience.Ī few other concerning things: They'll place you next to the facility AC, in the bottom "garden view" room which is actually near the dumpster. I was unable to sleep in the bed, but had to stay given the lack of alternative lodging accessible to me in the middle of the night.Īt 6am I went to the desk to express my concerns and to turn over the key, checking out early. I was so disgusted that I was prepared to leave in the middle of the night, though there was no one at the desk at midnight except a security guard who was unable to assist.
Linens covered in hair, dirt and even a dead bug was found in the bed. When I was turning in for the night to go to bed, this changed. The property and the room were dirty and poorly kept upon first assessment though not terrible enough to leave.
